new Iveco Daily 4x4 motorhome - the Discoverer Xtreme.
here for more info, details and pics.
The Daily 4x4 continues
a tradition which dates back to 1985 when Iveco introduced its first four
Daily (manufactured until 2000).
Ivecos expertise in this market spreads right across the range
Daily, Eurocargo and Trakker covering all
aspects of vehicle operation from the highest of hills to the deepest
of valleys. These all-wheel-drive vehicles
are exceedingly rugged, taking men and equipment where they are most needed,
often in emergency
conditions. The reliability of these vehicles is second to no other category
as is their capability to operate
under normal conditions too. Driver comfort is also not compromised. Driving
off road is often stressful; not
always the fun pastime it would seem. With this chassis you will enjoy
your trip and feel King of the Road.
The motorhome itself will
be mounted on a torsion-free subframe, allowing for the wheels to stay planted
firmly on the ground in all conditions. The body will be made of our high-tech
honeycomb sandwich panels
our customers our familiar with, offering a light and durable body construction.
The interior design is
still in process of being finalised, but we do know that the following will
be included in
the first unit.
Modern and comfortable seating area.
Fixed and raised French bed, with large storage space under the bed.
Bathroom with shower, hot and cold water system
Plenty storage space, for long term travelling.
140ltr fresh water tanks
Outside kitchen, with sink and gas stove.
Two spare wheels (subject to initial availability)
Roof rack system
