Bobo Motorhomes cc. t/a Motorhome-World is manufacturer of motorhomes / campers. The company was established in 2001 and is based in Atlantis, Western Cape.
Motorhome-World stocks a range of new motorhomes based on production line manufacturing and will build motorhomes to the customer requirements on different chassis.
Motorhome-World stocks and will retail spares and accessories for all motorhome that it has manufactured and optional accessories of clients that want to make or fit out their own motorhome or caravan.

As far as possible, items used for manufacturing are sourced from South Africa. Due to the reasonable small Motorhome market in South Africa most of the specialized items are imported from Europe. This also ensures that Motorhome-World has the most recent and advanced technology incorporated and available to the South African market.

Specifications of motorhomes and models of motorhomes shown on this web site may differ from the actual unit and are subject to manufacturers’ changes without prior notice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
All pricing stated are exclusive of 14%VAT unless otherwise stated. Website stated motorhome selling prices include VAT.

Delivery policy

All pricing given and shown on this web site are ex-factory, Atlantis. A delivery fee will be applicable for any deliveries or drop off's.
For spares and accessories distribution nationwide, Motorhome-World relies on the services of a courier company. Customers can either use own courier or Motorhome-World's; in either instance, the customers are responsible for the full amount of delivery charges. If customers decide to use Motorhome-World’s courier, they will be asked to pay the delivery charges in advance, as per the courier’s quotation.
In case the customer uses Motorhome-World’s courier and has made the payment by credit card, the customer may be required to present the credit card used in the transaction to the courier upon delivery of the goods.

Warrentees, Refunds and Returns Policy

Conditions of Warranty of new motorhomes are available upon request from Motorhome-World
Accessories or spares returned for credit must be in their original packing complete with all components and manuals. Motorhome-World reserves the right to refuse credit for any goods returned not complying with these terms.
A 15% handling charge will be levied on all accessories or spares returned for credit more then 72 hours after date of purchase, subject to acceptance rules laid out above.
No credits will be given on accessories or spares returned seven days or more from date of purchase.
Accessories or spares returned for credit must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Accessories or spares will not be credited without this.
Warrantees are null and void on any accessories or spares damaged by lightning or wrong installation.
Warrantees are null and void on any accessories or spares returned with physical damage.
While every effort will be made to attend to faulty goods as soon as possible, we regret that no faulty goods will be attended to immediately. A minimum turnaround time of 24 hours with a maximum time of 72 hours will be the general rule. Goods which have to be returned to local or overseas suppliers will take between one week and six weeks (local) and four weeks and 12 weeks (overseas) to repair or replace.
Any goods which are specifically bought in for a client and which are not standard stock, items can not under any circumstances be returned, unless faulty, and will not be accepted for credit by Motorhome-World.
Motorhome-World do not accept bank guaranteed, private or company cheques as payment unless the company has been registered as a dealer with Motorhome-World and management approval has been obtained for such payment.
Motorhome-World reserve the right to offer limited warranties of any time period on any or all of its products, accessories or spares of the products at its own discretion and without prior notice thereof. Motorhome-World cannot be held responsible for any loss to any client through a change of warranty terms and it remains the clients responsibility to ascertain the full terms of the warranty of any product they are purchasing prior to acceptance and / or payment of the goods. Copies of all Motorhome-World terms and conditions of sale, returns and warranees are available on request.
Goods remain the property of Motorhome-World until fully paid for.

Payment Options

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). No goods will be released until payment has been confirmed as being on Motorhome-World's account.
Customers may currently pay by transferring cash or making electronic (Internet) payments into Motorhome-World's bank account. Please contact us for our bank details. Customers are requested to fax payment slip with reference number (if any) and their own details clearly stated to 021-5773864.
In the meantime, all customers wishing to pay by credit card (Visa or Master only) are required to present the credit card in Motorhome-World's premises.
Motorhome-World will not accept bank guaranteed, private or company cheques as payment.

Booking of goods

Goods may be booked for registered dealers only.
The goods will be kept booked for maximum of seven days since the day of the order.
Goods paid but not collected for will be kept for the maximum of 30 days from the invoice date. After that the goods will be credited and 15 percent withheld for storage expenses.
